Total Uninstall can help you to monitor any changes that were made to your
system during installation of a new software product and allow you to perform a
complete uninstall without having to rely on the supplied uninstall program
(which may leave files or changes behind). To use it, you simply launch the
installation program from the Total Uninstall interface and select the system
areas to be monitored. The program will then create a snapshot of your system
before it installs the new software and an additional snapshot after install
completes. It then compares the two snapshots and displays all changes in a
graphical tree view, marking all values and/or files that have been added or
changed as well as some before/after details. Total Uninstall will save these
changes and if you decide to uninstall the application, it will reverse all
changes to the previous state.

Memtest86 is a thorough, stand alone memory test for x86 architecture
computers. BIOS based memory tests are only a quick check and often miss many
of the failures that are detected by Memtest86. Since Memtest86 is a standalone
program it does not require any operating system support for execution. It can
be used with any PC regardless of what operating system, if any, is installed.
The test image may be loaded from a floppy disk or may be loaded via LILO on
Linux systems. Any Unix, Windows or DOS system may be used to create a boot
floppy or bootable CDROM.

Partition Saving is a DOS program that is used to save, restore and copy
hard-drive, partitions, floppy disk and DOS devices. With this program you
could save all data on a partition to a file (such as you could save this file
on a CD for example). Then if something goes wrong, you can completely restore
the partition from the backup file. You no longer have to reinstall every piece
of software from scratch. All you have to do is restore the partition from the
backup file and then update any software that was modified since the backup was
created.

ATM is a Windows9x-only application ideated for power-users who actually want
to handle their systems. It provides a real-time capability to monitor all
processes and threads, their CPU usage, execution time, etc. It allows you to
completely manage the system priority of all running processes and threads. You
can set a DPC (Dynamic Priority Controller) which can switch between two
defined priorities specifying a time-slice for both. It allows you to know
which are the system handles opened by all processes. You can spy on and
control all system windows. ATM offers even a built-in CPU cooling function. It
is based on the x86 HLT instruction which is called only when the system is
idle, so it doesn't affects other tasks. Naturally, you can uncheck it whenever
you want.

Description:

Process Explorer shows you information about which handles and DLLs processes
have opened or loaded. The Process Explorer display consists of two
sub-windows. The top always shows a list of the currently active processes,
including the names of their owning accounts, whereas the information displayed
in the bottom window depends on the mode that Process Explorer is in: if it is
in handle mode you will see the handles that the process selected in the top
window has opened; if Process Explorer is in DLL mode you will see the DLLs and
memory-mapped files that the process has loaded. Process Explorer also has a
powerful search capability that will quickly show you which processes have
particular handles opened or DLLs loaded. The unique capabilities of Process
Explorer make it useful for tracking down DLL-version problems or handle leaks,
and provide insight into the way Windows and applications work.

EasyCleaner is a small program which searches Windows' registry for entries
that are pointing nowhere. Deleting these entries will speed your computer up.
But as you already might know, deleting entries from registry can be dangerous
for your computer, so it is wise to make a backup of your registry. On my
computer, deleting entries which were pointing nowhere, speeded my computer up!
EasyCleaner also lets you delete all kinds of unnecessary files like temps,
